Ester Aronova prides herself in advocating and caring for her clients and giving back to those who trust her with their legal business. Owing to her her grass roots advocacy and philanthropy, Ester Aronova has lectured at Local 372 and 371, DC 37, New York State Public Employees Federal Convention (PEF), the Somos Puerto Rico Conference, and the New York State Public Employee Conference (NYSPEC). Additionally, she supports and works with the New York City Corrections Officer Benevolent Association, CWA 1180, Local 372 and 371, DC 37, UTLO Local 100, and many hospitals throughout New York State.

Ester Aronova is also a Senior Partner at Sanders, Aronova, Grossman, Woycik, Viener & Kalant, PLLC, a personal injury law firm, and Sanders Grossman Aronova, PLLC, a firm that specializes in collecting no-fault receivables for medical providers in New York State. 

As a partner in three law firms, Mrs. Aronova manages a large staff of paralegals and attorneys. She only hires staff that share her values about how people should be treated in order to ensure her clients receive outstanding customer service. 

Mrs. Aronova provides not only legal advice, but also her time and money when needed, especially in trying times such as the pandemic, when she personally provided masks and equipment to those in dire need. 

Ester Aronova graduated from St. John’s University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and earned her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2004. She was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2005.
