After completing the Brooklyn Law School and Baruch Business School J.D./M.B.A. program while interning at the Law Department of the United Nations, Mr. Grossman became an Associate and later a Partner in Mergel, Tubman & Grossman. Marc Grossman is also a Founding Partner of Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman (“Milberg”), Sanders and Grossman P.C., and Baker Sanders Barshay Grossman Fass Muhlstock & Neuwirth, LLC, as well as a Senior Partner at Sanders, Sanders, Block, Woycik, Viener & Grossman, P.C. and Sanders Viener Grossman LLP.

Marc Grossman received national recognition for his role in litigating Vioxx cases in New Jersey Superior Court, where he served as a liaison to the media as a member of the Vioxx PSC’s Public Relations Committee, and as a liaison for the Committee to financial institutions and governmental agencies. Merck’s $4.85 billion Vioxx settlement was one of the largest ever in civil litigation.

More recently, Marc Grossman has focused his litigation efforts on international and environmental issues. He has expanded his practices to Europe and South America to target claims arising from corporate polluters, including over the UK’s “Dieselgate” scandal and Brazil’s Samarco dam disaster. He additionally seeks to hold corporations responsible for contributing to climate change and deceiving the public about its risks.

Marc Grossman frequently hosts and speaks at seminars and other forums designed to educate the public, the medical community, and other attorneys. An outspoken critic of corporate greed and wrongdoing, he has been frequently quoted by the media as a legal commentator and champion of everyday people.

Marc Grossman is a member of the Mass Tort Trial Lawyers Association, Leaders Forum of the American Association of Justice, and Top 10 National Latino Trial Lawyers Association. He was nominated to The Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NSTLA) and the Executive Committee of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He has been named to Super Lawyers from 2010 - 2022.
