Nupur joined Aronova & Associates as a paralegal in April 2019 and was soon promoted to Associate Attorney. She takes pride in representing the rights of injured workers.
As a lawyer, Nupur has the ability to defend the rights of those in need–something she was motivated to do from a young age observing her grandfather practice law. From this early life example she learned that the legal profession is more than a way to make a living. Standing up for justice is a way of life that rewards the attorney as much as it does the client.
In her practice, Nupur leans on her communication skills, attention to detail, compassion, and persuasiveness. She keeps in regular contact with her clients, giving case status updates, preparing them for hearings, and making sure all their questions are answered. The better in touch she is with her clients, the more effectively she can negotiate in their best interest.
Nupur graduated from BK Majumdar Institute of Business Administration (BKMIBA) in 2008 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and completed her Master of Business Management in 2010. She earned her law degree from Sir La Shaw Law College in India in 2013 and then completed her Master of Laws from the same university in 2015. She also earned her Master of Laws from Fordham University in New York in 2018.
During law school Nupur worked at the real estate firm All Area Realty Services in Floral Park, NY, where she primarily focused on landlord-tenant and closing matters. Prior to joining Aronova and Associates, Nupur worked as a law clerk at the New York State Division of Human Rights in Brooklyn. Her focus there was race, gender, sex, age, and familial discrimination matters.
