When preparing for court, Jeremy is extremely thorough, which is something that his clients appreciate. He explains to them the possible actions they can take and the positives and negatives of each course of action.

One notable case where Jeremy’s attention to detail stood out involved a commercial real estate deal. He was an attorney on the buyer’s team reviewing a contract that had key warranty components removed. Upon further investigation, Jeremy uncovered that the property was contaminated. His discovery lead to the purchaser cancelling the deal and avoiding a massive future liability.
