Malgorzata Rafalko has been practicing law for nearly two decades in the areas of no-fault litigation and arbitration.
Malgorzata (“Maggie”) Rafalko was taught at an early age by her father to love challenges. From getting into law school in Poland to becoming a lawyer in the United States while speaking English as a second language, Maggie has never failed to embrace—and overcome—the challenges of a legal career. And every day as a lawyer brings her fresh obstacles and conflicts to be resolved.
Reliable and organized, a strong communicator and negotiator, Maggie listens to clients’ expectations and truly values their feedback. She believes she can make a difference in the lives of others using her ability to discuss and argue constructively.
Maggie received her Master of Laws degree with Honors from the University of Warsaw in Poland in 1991. She attended Touro Law Center in Long Island, earning her Master of Laws in U.S. Legal Studies degree, magna cum laude, in January 2005, and was admitted to the New York State Bar the same year. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Drawing on her own experience as an immigrant, Maggie has provided legal services to a Polish school in Copiague, NY to help them become a non-profit organization.
