- Marc Grossman received national recognition for his role in litigating Vioxx cases in New Jersey Superior Court, where he served as a liaison to the media as a member of the Vioxx PSC’s Public Relations Committee, and as a liaison for the Committee to financial institutions and governmental agencies. Merck’s $4.85 billion Vioxx settlement was one of the largest ever in civil litigation.

An outspoken critic of corporate greed and wrongdoing, he has been frequently quoted by the media as a legal commentator and champion of everyday people.
- Marc Grossman has focused his litigation efforts on international and environmental issues. He has expanded his practices to Europe and South America to target claims arising from corporate polluters, including over the UK’s “Dieselgate” scandal and Brazil’s Samarco dam disaster. He additionally seeks to hold corporations responsible for contributing to climate change and deceiving the public about its risks.

He was nominated to The Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NSTLA) and the Executive Committee of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He has been named to Super Lawyers from 2010 – 2022.
