Michael F. Villeck is a partner and a senior trial attorney who has been associated with us since 1996. In addition to representing the firm’s personal injury clients injured in motor vehicle or slip and fall accidents, Mr. Villeck concentrates in matters involving State and Municipal Liability. He has successfully represented clients injured as a result of police brutality, excessive force, false arrest, false imprisonment and other civil rights violations. Mr. Villeck has successfully obtained over ten million dollars in damages for the firm’s clients in the State and Federal Courts of New York.
Mr. Villeck has been a guest lecturer at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York and has lectured on the topics of negligence and appellate advocacy. He graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1997 and worked as a law clerk for the firm while studying law. Mr. Villeck earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University where he majored in criminal justice.
Mr. Villeck belongs to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Long Island and has served as a big brother in the program. Mr. Villeck has also served as a coach in the Police Athletic League Roller Hockey program on Long Island.
