- Matthew P. Oppen is a trial attorney with expertise in New York workers’ compensation. He is adept at all aspects of representing claimants within the workers’ comp system, including attending client hearings before administrative law judges, examining and cross-examining medical witnesses, drafting appeals and rebuttals using workers’ compensation case law, and negotiating settlements.
