- Some of Barbara’s most notable cases include a 7-figure settlement for a client who sustained a very severe injury in her apartment. Barbara was successful despite contradictory reports and an unfavorable venue.
- Barbara was also able to obtain close to a million dollars for a client who fell out of a plane while disembarking, even though the client had a pre-existing leg impediment. She was successful in showing that the airline was negligent in rendering assistance to a disabled passenger.
